CARRY THE BURDENS OF OTHERS

Scripture

"Bear one another's burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ." — Galatians 6:2

Message

The Kingdom of God is not built on self-centered Christianity. We are called to notice the struggles of others and respond with compassion, prayer, encouragement, and practical support.

Intercession is one way we carry burdens. When someone is too weak to pray, we can pray. When someone has lost hope, we can encourage them. When someone is struggling, we can stand beside them instead of judging them.

Jesus demonstrated this kind of compassion throughout His earthly ministry. He saw people, heard their cries, and responded to their needs. As His followers, we are called to reflect the same heart.

Ask God to open your eyes today. Someone around you may be carrying a burden they have never spoken about. Be willing to listen. Be willing to pray. Be willing to help.

Prayer

Father, give me the heart of Christ toward those who are hurting. Open my eyes to see the needs around me and give me wisdom to respond with compassion. Teach me to pray faithfully for others, encourage the discouraged, and serve those in need. Make me a vessel of Your love and comfort.
