FAITHFUL WATCHMEN NEVER STOP PRAYING

Scripture

"I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night." — Isaiah 62:6

Message

A watchman has a responsibility to remain alert. He does not sleep when danger is approaching, and he does not remain silent when there is something that must be declared.

God is raising spiritual watchmen who recognize the times and respond through prayer. They are not motivated by fear but by responsibility. They understand that prayer can prepare the way for God's purposes to be fulfilled.

Being a watchman requires consistency. It means praying when nobody is watching, standing when others are tired, and continuing to intercede even when the answer seems delayed.

Could God be calling you to become a watchman for your family, church, community, or nation? Do not ignore the burden. Take it to God. Sound the alarm through prayer.

Prayer

Father, make me an alert and faithful watchman. Teach me to recognize the burdens You place upon my heart and to carry them faithfully in prayer. Give me perseverance when the night is long and faith when answers seem delayed. Help me to stand on the wall for my family, church, community, and nations until Your purposes are established.
