Scripture
"Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart." — Luke 18:1
Message
One of the greatest challenges in prayer is continuing when the answer seems delayed. We pray, we wait, and sometimes we wonder whether anything is happening. Yet Jesus specifically taught His disciples to pray and not lose heart.
Persistent prayer is an expression of faith. It declares that even when we cannot see the answer, we still trust the One who hears us.
There are burdens God places on our hearts that cannot be carried by a quick prayer. He calls us to remain before Him, interceding for families, communities, churches, and nations.
Do not measure the effectiveness of prayer only by what you can immediately see. Roots grow beneath the soil before fruit appears above it. In the same way, God may be working in ways you cannot yet perceive.
Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep standing.
Your responsibility is faithfulness; God's responsibility is the outcome.
Golden Nugget
Delayed answers are not evidence of an absent God. Keep praying and refuse to lose heart.

Prayer
Father, strengthen me when my prayers seem unanswered. Give me perseverance to continue seeking You without losing heart. Teach me to trust Your timing and remain faithful in prayer until Your purposes are accomplished.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
