Scripture
“Then I myself will gather the remnant of my flock out of all the countries where I have driven them…” — Jeremiah 23:3
Message
Before God gathers, He reveals. Restoration never begins with movement; it begins with sight. Many believers reach the end of a season exhausted, confused, or spiritually dull without realizing that something vital has been scattered along the way. Scattering does not always come through open rebellion. Often, it comes quietly—through drift, neglect, distraction, and unguarded living.
You can still be active and yet inwardly fragmented. Prayer may continue, but the fire is gone. Worship may remain, but intimacy has faded. Vision may still be spoken, but obedience has weakened. This is how scattering hides—in routine without revelation, in motion without alignment.
The Spirit exposes scattering not to shame us, but to summon us home. God’s words in Jeremiah are tender and personal: “I myself will gather…” This means He has been watching every season where focus was lost, every moment where your strength leaked, every place where your heart was divided. Nothing escaped His notice.
Scattering often increases toward the end of a season. Fatigue sets in. Guard is lowered. Discernment dulls. What you would have resisted earlier becomes tolerated. That is why the final days of the year demand spiritual honesty. Heaven is asking, What shifted? What drifted? What was neglected that once burned?
Recognizing the scattering is an act of humility. It is agreeing with God about your true condition. When you see clearly, you can return fully. God does not gather what we deny. He gathers what we surrender.
The good news is this: scattering is not the end of your story. It is the signal that gathering has begun. God reveals the scattered places because He intends to restore order, focus, and fruitfulness. What you acknowledge today, He will realign tomorrow.
Golden Nugget
God exposes what is scattered not to condemn you, but to prepare you for divine regathering.

Prayer
Father, search my heart as this season closes. Show me where I have drifted, where my focus weakened, and where my devotion grew cold. I do not hide from Your light. I surrender every scattered area of my life to You. Awaken my discernment and prepare me for the gathering You have promised. Restore alignment, restore fire, restore wholeness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
