Scripture:
“This is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” — John 17:3
Message:
The greatest pursuit of man is not wealth, not influence, not even ministry—it is to know God. Eternal life is not simply living forever; it is a relationship rooted in the deep knowledge of God. To know Him is to walk in the light of His truth, to be transformed into His likeness, and to carry His heart into the world.
The tragedy of our time is that many people know about God but do not truly know Him. They have information but lack revelation. They speak His name but have never encountered His presence. They read about His power but have not experienced His transforming fire.
The knowledge of God is not shallow—it is experiential. It comes through intimacy at the altar of prayer, through obedience in the Word, and through surrender in daily life. The prophets longed for this knowledge: “Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD” (Hosea 6:3). Paul, who saw visions of heaven and performed mighty works, still cried out: “That I may know Him” (Philippians 3:10).
Why? Because the knowledge of God is endless. It is the well that never runs dry. The more we know Him, the more we are undone by His holiness, consumed by His love, and compelled to make Him known.
In today’s world of confusion, false doctrines, and shallow Christianity, the greatest need of the Church is the knowledge of God. It will anchor us in truth when deception arises. It will strengthen us in suffering. It will burn away pride and self. It will cause us to walk in the fear of the Lord and to shine as witnesses to the nations.
If you desire transformation in your life, in your family, or in your nation, seek first the knowledge of God. For those who know their God shall be strong and do exploits (Daniel 11:32).
Golden Nugget:
To know God is the essence of eternal life. Information about Him will not change you, but revelation of Him will transform everything.

Prayer:
Lord, I long to know You—not just with my mind, but with my whole being. Strip away every distraction, every idol, and every shallow pursuit. Draw me into deeper intimacy with You. Reveal Yourself to me in truth, and let the knowledge of You transform my life.
Activation Challenge:
Dedicate one hour this week to simply seek God. Not asking for blessings, not presenting requests, but sitting before Him with an open Bible and an open heart. Write down what He reveals to you about His character, His heart, and His ways.
