Scripture
"I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night." — Isaiah 62:6
Message
A watchman carries a responsibility that cannot be treated casually. While others sleep, the watchman remains alert. While others are unaware of danger, the watchman watches and warns.
God is still raising spiritual watchmen today.
They are men and women who refuse to become indifferent to the spiritual condition of their families, churches, communities, and nations. They see what is happening around them and respond not merely with criticism, but with prayer.
A watchman does not watch from a place of superiority. They watch from a place of responsibility.
The question is not whether there are problems in our generation. The question is whether God's people are willing to stand before Him and intercede.
Perhaps God has placed a person, family, ministry, or nation on your heart. Do not dismiss the burden. Take it to the secret place.
Stand watch.
Pray faithfully.
Sound the alarm.
Golden Nugget
A watchman's greatest weapon is not his voice but his willingness to stand before God on behalf of others.

Prayer
Lord, make me a faithful watchman. Give me spiritual discernment and the perseverance to pray when others are unaware. Teach me to carry the burdens You place on my heart and faithfully stand in the gap for others.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
