WAITING IS NOT WASTING

"But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles..." — Isaiah 40:31

Message

Waiting can be one of the hardest seasons of faith. We want answers now, opportunities now, breakthroughs now. Yet God sometimes uses seasons of waiting to prepare us for what we have been praying for.

Waiting on God is not passive. It is active trust. It is continuing to pray when the answer has not arrived, continuing to obey when the path is unclear, and continuing to believe when circumstances seem unchanged.

Joseph waited. David waited. Abraham waited. Their waiting seasons were not wasted—they were preparation seasons.

If you are waiting today, do not assume God has forgotten you. He may be strengthening your character, deepening your faith, or preparing circumstances you cannot yet see. Keep trusting. Keep praying. Keep walking.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, teach me to trust You in seasons of waiting. When I cannot see what You are doing, help me to remain faithful. Strengthen my heart, deepen my faith, and prepare me for everything You have appointed for my life. May I never abandon Your purposes simply because the answer has taken time.
