YOU WERE MADE TO HAVE DOMINION
Scripture
“You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet.” — Psalm 8:6
Message
God created humanity with a mandate to exercise dominion. But biblical dominion is not independent power or the freedom to control others for personal benefit. It is responsible stewardship under God's authority.
From the beginning, God intended man to govern creation according to His wisdom and character. This means that Kingdom authority is always connected to Kingdom responsibility.
Where God has given you influence, use it to serve. Where He has given you leadership, use it to build. Where He has given you resources, use them to bless. Where He has given you a voice, use it to speak truth and bring encouragement.
The world often associates authority with control, status, or privilege. But Jesus demonstrated that true greatness is expressed through service.
Before asking God for greater authority, ask Him for greater faithfulness.
Dominion without submission to God becomes self-rule. But dominion under God's authority becomes Kingdom stewardship.
Golden Nugget
True Kingdom authority is not about controlling others; it is about faithfully stewarding what God has placed under your care.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, teach me to exercise every responsibility You have given me under Your authority. Deliver me from selfish ambition and the desire to control others. Give me the heart of a servant and the wisdom to steward what You have entrusted to me. May my influence bring life, order, growth, and blessing to those around me. Let everything I do reflect Your Kingdom and bring glory to Your name.
In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
