Today’s chapters highlight God’s promise of restoration and His covenant faithfulness. Jeremiah 31–40 includes comforting messages of hope for Israel, the promise of a new covenant, and God’s call to trust Him even in uncertain times. 1. Who is God?
The Faithful Covenant-Keeper – He promises restoration and fulfillment of His word (Jeremiah 31:33–34).
The Comforter – God reassures His people in times of distress (Jeremiah 31:16).
The Protector – He guards and guides His people even amid uncertainty (Jeremiah 39:17–18).
2. What Are the Ways of God?
God calls His people to trust His promises, even when circumstances seem bleak.
God provides hope and renewal through His covenant and faithfulness.
God’s restoration is holistic, covering hearts, lives, and communities.
God remains present and protective over those who obey Him.
3. What Is His Character?
Faithful – He fulfills every promise made to His people.
Merciful – He restores and comforts those who seek Him.
Just – He upholds righteousness while offering grace.
Sovereign – His plans and purposes cannot be thwarted.

God’s promises are certain. Even in exile or difficulty, He is faithful to restore, renew, and bless those who trust Him.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for Your faithfulness and promises of restoration. Strengthen my trust in You, comfort my heart in times of uncertainty, and help me walk in obedience and hope. May my life reflect Your covenant faithfulness and mercy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Activation Challenge
Reflect on an area of life that feels broken or uncertain, and commit it to God’s restoration.
Memorize Jeremiah 31:33 and meditate on the promise of God’s new covenant.
Share a word of hope with someone who is struggling, pointing them to God’s faithfulness.
