WHO IS TEACHING YOU HOW TO THINK?
Scripture
“For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.” — Proverbs 2:6
Message
Every day, we are being taught something. Our minds are constantly receiving information from conversations, experiences, culture, media, education, and the people around us. But not every source of knowledge carries the wisdom of God.
The Bible tells us that the Lord is the source of wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. This means that as Kingdom people, we cannot afford to allow the world to become the primary teacher of how we think, make decisions, and understand life.
God created us to represent Him and administer His purposes on the earth. Therefore, we need more than human intelligence; we need divine wisdom. Intelligence may tell us what is possible, but God's wisdom helps us know what is right. Knowledge may give us information, but God's Word gives us the perspective by which we should interpret that information.
The question is not simply, “How much do I know?” The deeper question is, “Who is shaping what I know?”
When God's Word fills our hearts, it begins to influence our reasoning, attitudes, decisions, and actions. We begin to see situations differently—not merely from the perspective of circumstances, but from the perspective of God's truth.
Do not allow every voice to have access to your mind. Make God's Word your foundation. Let Him teach you how to think, how to discern, and how to walk.
Golden Nugget
The source that shapes your thinking will eventually influence the direction of your life. Let God be your teacher.

Prayer
Father, thank You because You are the source of true wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Teach me to depend on Your Word rather than the wisdom of this world. Help me to recognize every voice that seeks to shape my thinking and give me discernment to reject what is contrary to Your truth. Fill my heart with Your wisdom and let Your Word influence my decisions, attitudes, relationships, and actions. May I never become so confident in human understanding that I neglect Your counsel. Shape my mind according to Your will and help me walk wisely as a representative of Your Kingdom.
In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
